Refund and Returns Policy

At GS Breez Comfort Pvt. Ltd., we aim to deliver reliable and high-quality AC installation, repair, and maintenance services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service rework may be provided.
Since we operate in the service industry and not in physical product sales, our policy is focused on service-related refunds and rework.


1. Services Covered

This policy applies to the following services:

  • AC Installation

  • AC Repair & Servicing

  • Cassette AC, Split AC, Window AC services

  • VRF/VRV services

  • AC Gas Refilling

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)


2. No Return Policy (Service-Based Business)

We do not provide returns, as we do not sell physical goods.
All our offerings are service-based, and once the service is completed, it cannot be “returned.”


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally pays twice for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

3.2 Service Not Provided

If a customer has prepaid for a service that we are unable to deliver due to internal reasons (technician unavailability, scheduling issues, etc.), a full refund will be issued.

3.3 Quality Assurance Failure

If the service delivered is incomplete, faulty, or not meeting standards, we will first offer free rework.
Refunds will be provided only if:

  • The issue persists even after rework, or

  • The service could not be completed due to technical limitations


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Customer denies service after technician arrives on-site

  • Incorrect service request made by the customer

  • Issues resulting from old, damaged, or faulty equipment beyond repair

  • Gas leakage caused by pre-existing issues after the service

  • Service charges for inspection or diagnosis (already completed)

  • AMC payments after the contract period has started


5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Technician Visit

You may cancel your service request before the technician is dispatched. No cancellation fee applies.

5.2 After Technician Dispatch

If you cancel after the technician has already been dispatched, a visit/inspection charge may apply.


6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 5–7 business days for UPI/Bank Transfer

  • 7–10 business days for card or payment gateway transactions

The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
