6. Technician Safety & Site Conditions

To ensure technician safety:

• Hazardous environments must be disclosed in advance

• Customers must ensure the working area is safe

• Any unsafe location may lead to service refusal

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers may cancel or reschedule before the technician is dispatched.

• After dispatch, a visit/inspection charge may apply.

• The company may cancel or reschedule due to emergencies, weather, or resource unavailability.

• Pre-existing issues in your appliance

• Damage caused by ageing, electrical issues, or improper usage
